The 18 and 19 November 2026, Alveria will take part, in the capacity of Official Partner, at the 18th edition of the HR People & Culture Forumthe leading Italian event dedicated to the world of work and human resources.
The event, which will be held at theIULM University of Milan, it will provide an opportunity to discuss the changes that are reshaping the world of work, organisations and people management.
HR People & Culture 2026 Forum: Programme and Key Themes
In 2026, the Forum’s overarching theme will be “VOICE: PEOPLE’S VOICE”, placing people and their voices at the centre in order to interpret these changes social, technological and organisational which are reshaping businesses and institutions.
The two days will offer Talk Shows, Innovation Speeches and Thematic Tables focusing on the key challenges of People & Culture Management, from the relationship between AI, skills and skilled labour the evolution of recruitment, from the Talent Management and Remuneration organisational wellbeing and gender equality.
In this context, Alveria will share its perspective and experience through a series of discussions, with the participation of Massimo Genova, Federico Di Rollo and Filippo Cannavò.

The discussion will begin with the need to establish selection criteria capable of highlighting the non-linear potential and to prevent standardisation – whether human or algorithmic – from ultimately reducing the diversity of talent.
