HR SOLUTIONS AND TOOLS TO RESPOND TO THE EU PAY TRANSPARENCY DIRECTIVE
The 3 March 2026, from 10.30 a.m. to 12.50 p.m., Alveria invites you to participate in the second Workshop of theHR Innovation Practice Observatory of Milan Polytechnican unmissable event dedicated to deepening the theme of the pay transparency.
The meeting will provide an up-to-date overview of the regulatory aspects of the EU Directive 2023/970 and will present concrete actions and operational tools to support organisations in adapting to the new provisions. The discussion will be enriched by the interventions of the Observatory's Partner and Sponsor companiesThey will share experiences, real cases and expertise gained in the field.
The workshop will be held online and will adopt the format “HR Innovation Talk”, designed to foster dialogue, direct comparison and sharing of best practices between HR professionals.
