AGENTIC AI: WHAT IMPACTS FOR LABOUR AND MANAGEMENT HR
4 February 2026, from 09.00 to 13.00, Alveria invites you to participate in the second Workshop of the HR Innovation Practice Observatory of the Politecnico di Milanoan unmissable event dedicated to understanding how theAI talentand in particular theAgentic AIis transforming the labour market, organisational models and processes HR.
An opportunity to reflect in a structured way on the current and future impacts of Artificial Intelligence in the world of work and in HR Directorates, through discussions with search data, concrete cases and experiences of other organisations.
During the event, the following will be presented a preview of the results of the Observatory Research on the main AI challenges and opportunities for labour market and practices HRoffering participants the opportunity to confront the Observatory benchmarks and understand how companies are coping with and governing these changes.
The event will be held in the presence at the De Carli Lecture Hall, Building B9, Durando Campus, via Durando 10, Milan.
Through an interactive workshop and guided discussions, participants will be able to
- understand what the Main changes enabled by AI in organisational models and processes HR;
- deepen the concrete applications of AI and Agentic AI along the different HR processes;
- deal with HR Executive, industry experts and community members of the Observatory;
- co-design possible innovation scenarios and concrete initiatives to be implemented in their own organisational contexts.
The workshop adopts the format 'HR Innovation Lab'designed to encourage active discussion, sharing of experiences and collaboration among all participants.

Comparison of implemented initiatives, expectations and critical issues and co-design of concrete AI-related initiatives to be implemented in individual HR processes.
