THE XVI EDITION OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES FORUM IS COMING, FROM 19 NOVEMBER IN MILAN
The Magna Pars in Milan will once again host the main Italian event dedicated toPeople & Culture” issues, over two days(20-21 November)packed with appointments, with the presence of the Chief HR Officers of leading Italian and multinational companies.
A record edition: over 2000 participants expected over the three days, more than 80 Partners and 350 confirmed Speakers. The event will begin on 19 November, with the opening evening“Anteprima Forum Live”, dedicated to the transformations taking place in the world of work and the impact of artificial intelligence on the very concept of work. A particular trial of one of the most important dilemmas of our time, starting with the question: how does AI dialogue with Article 1 of our Constitution? Is it, AI, a mere fad of the moment, or is it destined to remain? An exceptional judge, several testimonials and the public as jury. Among the guests of the evening - hosted by Jader Giraldi - Marco Gradoni (Helmsman Luna Rossa), Massimo Scarcello (Associate Dean / Rome Business School) and Clemente Perrone (Chief HR Officer / Sirti).
The evening will also be dedicated to the launch of the 2025 edition of the “Blue Green Economy Awards” of the For Human Community Association, following the great success of the 2024 edition. President Tullia Cautiello will speak.
The next two days will focus more on the topical “People & Culture” issue. On 20 November it will be the turn of the “Talent & Innovation Day”, focusing on topics such as the attraction of talent - today an increasingly critical element - the impact of AI on processes, the new frontiers of digital and organisational innovation, and the new scenarios of Learning & Development.On 21 November , on the other hand, the “Welfare & Sustainability Day” will be staged, which will offer a focus on the universe of corporate welfare, benefits and organisational wellbeing, as well as on work sustainability strategies (inclusion, support for parenthood, attention to mental health).
The opening session of the 20th will be dedicated to “The future of talent attraction: why innovation in recruiting is possible and necessary”, with the conduction of Federico Luperi and the participation of Ilaria Caccamo (Indeed), Flavio Molinari (Gility), Maurizio Caponi (Pizzarotti), Gianluca Di Gioia (Peroni), Roberta Perricone (Vodafone), Massimo Tremante (Volkswagen). Another key moment of the day will be the Main Keynote Speech entitled “The world of tomorrow: work and workers of the future”, by Gianluca Bonacchi of Indeed, Main Partner of the event.
The rest of the day will see the development of different formats (frontal speeches, talk shows, closed-door discussion tables, also combined with wine tasting) distributed in six rooms that will run in parallel. There will also be an area dedicated to networking and business meetings. Over 350 speakers will give their testimony, including Chro and C-Level managers from the world of recruiting or training, as well as representatives from the world of HR services who will bring a B2B perspective on the issues raised.
