Event schedule
- 09.30 - 10.00 am - Accreditation and Welcome Caffe
- 10.00 - 10.45 a.m. - Opening of the proceedings with presentation of research data on challenges and opportunities of AI in terms of new skills, profiles and roles, evolution of work modes and introduction of "AI-based" tools to support HR.
- 10.45 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Workshop activities in working groups on the topics covered in the first part of the event.
- 1 - 2 p.m. – Networking Lunch
- 2 - 4 p.m. - Panel discussions with Partner and Sponsor companies.
"The Main Challenges of HR Management for 2024" by the HR Innovation Practice Osservatorio of the Politecnico di Milano is an event reserved for HR management referents of public and private organizations that do not offer HR management products, services and consulting on the market.
