HUMAN RESOURCES, ALVERIA LAUNCHES A DIVISION FOR MEDIUM-SIZED COMPANIES
Alveria, a consulting firm specializing in human resources organization and development, launches a division dedicated to medium-sized companies. A platform for digitizing HR processes that seeks to respond to the growing need of companies for smart and flexible solutions. Speaking about it is CEO, Massimo Genova.
Alveria and the evolution of human resources
"Alveria was founded at the end of 2010 with a very strong focus on certain areas: HR and sales”, he says, "for these two areas the services we provide are consulting, training and technology solutions. This is our distinguishing feature because in the market we have companies that only sell consultancy services and companies that sell technology solutions".
Genova himself explains the reason why these areas were merged. “Because very often if we only offer the consulting service we then leave the problem of implementation to the client,” he continues, “in the same way, companies that only sell technology services in fact often do not cover in a timely manner the necessary skills, which are related to the services they implement.
Building on its experience with large companies, both Italian and multinational, that have been dealing with human resources management for years, Alveria has now decided to focus on medium-sized companies that need leaner and more effective organisational structures.
“We created a business unit for medium-sized companiesfor several reasons,” Genoa stresses, “one because we believe that the issue of human resource management in medium-sized Italian companies is particularly felt today. Among Alveria's main activities is the constant monitoring of labor costs, which affect on average 30-35 percent of companies' budgets. “The paradoxical thing is that there is a great deal of attention on labor costs, but almost always on an actual basis,” concludes Alveria's Ceo. “Today we have technological solutions, available immediately, that make it possible to monitor the cost phenomenon throughout its life, even with forecasting-type models.
