From positions to clusters of equal value

Performance appraisal is a crucial tool for the growth and development of staff within an organisation. To ensure a structured, fair and transparent process, we have implemented a four-step performance appraisal system. This approach not only enables us to monitor and improve individual performance, but also fosters open and constructive communication between employees and managers.

  • START OF THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Automatically notify staff that the performance appraisal process has begun.

  • SELF-ASSESSMENTS AND FINAL ASSESSMENTS

Enable staff to self-assess their performance, objectives and skills, and allow managers to draw up a final assessment/approval document.

  • FEEDBACK AND AGREEMENT SCALES

Provide the employee with their appraisal feedback and receive their rating on a scale of agreement.

  • CLOSING OF THE TRIAL

The assessment process is completed when the system automatically sends an email.

PROCESS DASHBOARDS AND MANAGEMENT DASHBOARDS

Use graphical dashboards to monitor the progress of the process and manage any adjustments as the work progresses (calibration dashboards), or cross-reference the assessment results with other information to obtain a broader analysis of resources.

Choose from a wide variety of dashboards

Print and export the charts in various formats (XLSX or CSV)

TRACK THE CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF THE ASSESSED CANDIDATES
