FILIPPO CANNAVÒ JOINS ALVERIA AS HEAD OF BU HRO SERVICE & TRAINING
Alveria S.r.l. strengthens the HRO Service & Training Business Unit with the addition of organisational consulting expert Filippo Cannavò
Rome, 10 June 2025 - Alveria enthusiastically announces the entry of Filippo Cannavò in the role of Head of Business Unit - HRO Service & Training, a key figure to lead the evolution of the HR consultancy and management training offer.
With over 20 years of experience in the world ofbusiness organisationof the transformation of HR models and the development of human capital management systems, Filippo Cannavò brings with him a broad and diverse expertise in the field of organisation and human resources.
He started his professional career in HR within large corporations, holding roles of increasing responsibility in the area of Organisational Design, Compensation and Organisational Development in banking.
In 2012 he moved to London to join Alvarez & Marsal, an international company specialising in business transformation and change management in highly complex contexts. In this experience, Cannavò honed his skills in the management of organisational restructuring, redefinition of business processes and human resources governance in scenarios of crisis or strong discontinuity.
Since 2022 it has operated as Senior Consultant in ISMOand has been instrumental in large-scale consultancy projects for the design of agile organisational models, talent development and digitisation of HR processes.
Joining Alveria, Filippo Cannavò will be responsible for leading the Business Unit dedicated to HRO Service & Training, with the aim of developing more and more customised, data-driven and oriented towards sustainable growth of client organisations.
