15TH EDITION OF HUMAN RESOURCES FORUM KICKS OFF
On November 14, 15 and 16 comes the 15th edition of the 'Human Resources Forum' by Comunicazione Italiana, the Italian reference event on labor and people management issues. A special edition that will see a small 'Copernican Revolution': in fact, the event will be characterized by a strong return to attendance (2,000 people are expected at the Magna Pars event space in Milan) and less reliance on live streaming, so important in recent years. First event of the program on November 14 will be a 'Talk Show' evening reserved for speakers, partners and associates of the "for human community." To animate the event there will be musician, songwriter and actor Carlo Amleto, with a performance entitled 'Between Inspiration and Imagination.' This will be followed by the talk show 'Imagining the Work of the Future. Four different visions to understand the main trends of our time: the economist's point of view, with Professor Tito Boeri; the labor law point of view, with lawyer Francesco Rotondi (Cnel); the reflection on new technologies, with philosopher Benedetta Giovanola (Univ. of Macerata), and finally the in-depth look at the new 'spaces' of work, with architect Michele Rossi (Park Associati).
The days of the 15th and 16th will offer a full immersion on the main issues of the people world: the first ('Talent Innovation Day') will be focused on the talent crisis, but also on new skills, digital transformation and organizational innovation; the second ('Welfare Sustainability Day') will be focused on issues of organizational wellbeing, new ways of delivering corporate welfare, diversity, equity and inclusion, health - physical and mental - in the workplace and sustainability, seen through the lens of hr.
Opening on day 15 will be a talk show entitled 'HR Attraction: organizational innovation and corporate culture to support talent attraction,' featuring Indeed, Sap Concur, Kiko Milano and Swarovski. This will be followed, distributed in four parallel rooms, by innovation speeches, talk shows, executive circles and reserved thematic tables, along with the numerous networking activities planned on the sidelines of the program.
More than 250 speakers will talk about the best practices, challenges and difficulties in their function, with the "counterpoint" of B2B companies sharing the solutions available for the hr world today. On the first day, prominent hr personalities from leading companies will speak, including Bosch, Snam, Unicredit, Vodafone, Ikea Italia, Nespresso, Giochi Preziosi, Assicurazioni Generali, Tim Group, Fastweb, and many others. The Forum will be supported by more than 60 partners.
