OBJECTIVES
In business it is essential to have effective relations with one's interlocutors both to avoid the emergence of conflictual behaviour and to pursue one's own or shared goals.
The aim of the course is to provide participants with the tools to build balanced working relationships developing an effective and authoritative communication style with their interlocutors.

- The foundations of assertive behaviour
- Assertive communication techniques

- The development of assertive behaviour: self-esteem and emotions
- Assertive management: directing others without manipulation or aggression, but with self-assurance effectiveness and positivity
- Behavioural self-diagnosis: identification and enhancement of one's strengths

- Being critical in a positive and constructive way

- How to deal with aggressive attitudes in others
