OUTDOOR TRAINING
This high psycho-physical of experiential training model induces participants to a natural integration with colleagues and trainers by requiring active participation and constant involvement.
SELLING GAME
This formula allows participants, divided into "competing" work groups, to deploy their knowledge, skills and experience in a dynamic and competitive environment.
THEATRE WORKSHOPS
The theatre workshop is a training methodology in which work groups engage in the preparation and performance of a play, starting from a script outlining the key features of the performance.
TRAINING GAME
The Training Game uses patterns and structures typical of popular board games (e.g., Monopoly, Game of the Goose, Trivial) while reproducing in a metaphorical way situations, events and critical issues peculiar to real work contexts.
