CHARTING THE COURSE FOR CHANGE: AI, NEW STRATEGIES AND SKILLS FOR THE FUTURE OF WORK
On 13 May, from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., Alveria awaits you at the Conference on on the research results of theHR Innovation Practice Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano to discuss with attendees the main challenges facing HR Departments and critically outline their evolution.
The concluding event, which will be held in presence at the Aula Magna 'Carlo De Carli' (via Giovanni Durando, 10 Milan) and in Online Streaming, aims to provide some interesting guidelines for the definition of new organizational models in increasingly hectic and unpredictable contexts.
Large resignations, talent shortages, declining engagement and growing employee malaise are redefining the balance between people and organisations, challenging traditional human resource management models. All this at a time of great transformations: the generation change enables new values and expectations to enter the labour market, of which Generation Z is the bearer, while the technological revolution, driven by artificial intelligence, is radically changing the way of working and the skills required.
In the face of these changes, what challenges lie ahead for HR Departments in Italy? Which new approaches and organisational models can respond to the current challenges? What role does AI play in this evolution?
Experts and professionals in the field will take turns on stage to critically read the results and answer some recurring questions:
- What are the biggest challenges for HR Management in 2025?
- Talent Shortage, Large Resignations and Workers' Welfare: What is the trend of these phenomena in Italy?
- What new values and expectations is Generation Z bringing to the labour market?
- Artificial Intelligence: what are the impacts for HR departments and people?
- What new HR process management approaches and models can support people and organisations in overcoming today's challenges?
