SKILL-BASED REVOLUTION: HOW HR PROCESSES AND ORGANISATIONAL MODELS ARE CHANGING
On 19 March, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., Alveria awaits you at the thirdHR Innovation Practice Observatory workshop, workshop, to explore together the"Skill-based" approach and its effects on theevolution of organisational models and human resources management processes..
During the morning, in addition to framing the phenomenon by presenting a reference framework, we will have the opportunity to explore a concrete project thanks to the testimony of Gianfranco Chimirri, Chief People Officer of SACE.
The event will then follow the format of the'HR Innovation Lab' the aim of activating community discussion and debate on the topic under analysis.
The morning will be followed by a networking lunch offered by the Observatory and in the afternoon there will be a parallel panel discussions in collaboration with Observatory Partners and Sponsors .
The workshop can be followed in presence at Aula De Carli , Building B9, Campus Durando, via Durando 10, Milan..

09.30 - Welcome and presentation of the Observatory Research Results - by Mariano Corso and Martina Mauri of the HR Innovation Practice Observatory
10.15 - Company testimony by Gianfranco Chimirri - SACE
10.35 - Presentation of the workshop activity - by Luca La Cola of the HR Innovation Practice Observatory
10.45 - Coffee Break
11.00 - Workshop activity in groups - moments of sharing among participants
12.30 - Concluding plenary of the morning - restitution of group discussions
1 - 2 p.m. – Networking Lunch
2 - 4 p.m. - Afternoon discussion panels
Through interactive discussions and practical applications, the tables will explore the topics covered in the morning with the opportunity to interact and ask questions to the experts.
