NEW FRONTIERS FOR HR: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CHANGES THE RULES OF THE GAME
On 5 February, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Alveria awaits you at the second workshop ofHR Innovation Practice Observatory workshop, to investigate together the impacts of Artificial Intelligence on human resources.The event will follow the'HR Innovation Lab' format with the aim of exploring the frontiers of applying AI solutions in key HR processes.
The workshop will be divided into two sessions, morning and afternoon. During the morning, the results of a research conducted by the Observatory on these issues will be presented and a workshop activity in working groups will be organised.
The objective is twofold, on the one hand to show the level of diffusion of AI-enabled solutions in HR, the main risks and benefits. On the other hand, to share best practices and experiments among the participating companies. At the end of the morning there will be a networking lunch offered by the Observatory and in the afternoon there will be a round table discussion.
The workshop can be followed in presence at Aula De Carli , Building B9, Campus Durando, via Durando 10, Milan..

09.30 - Welcome and presentation of the Observatory Research Results - by Mariano Corso, Martina Mauri and Elia Rigamonti of the HR Innovation Practice Observatory
10.30 a.m. - Presentation of the workshop activity - by Chiara Tamma of the HR Innovation Practice Observatory
10.45 - Coffee Break
11.00 - Workshop activity in groups - moments of sharing among participants
12.30 - Concluding plenary of the morning - restitution of group discussions
1 - 2 p.m. – Networking Lunch
3.00 - 3.45 pm - Panel Discussion: "Rethinking HR with AI: Innovation, Ethics and Inclusion" - Massimo Genova
Through interactive discussions and practical applications, the table aims at identifying the best strategies to integrate AI in HR, addressing risks, benefits and ethical implications. The ultimate goal is to create awareness and deepen the use of innovative solutions for a more effective, equitable and future-oriented human capital management.
