Savoir, donc,\u00a0<strong>planifier et g\u00e9rer les priorit\u00e9s<\/strong>par rapport \u00e0 ce qui se passe et ont la\u00a0<strong>capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 diriger l'\u00e9quipe<\/strong>\u00a0par la clart\u00e9 des objectifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour ce faire, la direction doit avoir une compr\u00e9hension claire de la strat\u00e9gie et de la contribution que chaque individu peut apporter \u00e0 sa r\u00e9alisation, en dissipant la confusion entre l'excellence dans l'ex\u00e9cution et l'ex\u00e9cution op\u00e9rationnelle de premi\u00e8re main de tout ce qui doit \u00eatre fait.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour exceller dans l'\"ex\u00e9cution de la strat\u00e9gie\", il faut avoir une vision claire de ce que l'entreprise attend de chaque manager et s'efforcer d'atteindre les objectifs suivants\u00a0<strong>atteindre d'excellentes normes de production\/op\u00e9rationnelles<\/strong>posent \u00e9galement le probl\u00e8me de savoir comment aider
