Cela a permis d'obtenir une repr\u00e9sentation plus objective de l'organisation et d'activer un suivi continu de l'\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le deuxi\u00e8me<\/strong> \u00e9volue vers un mod\u00e8le de gestion des talents plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9, o\u00f9 la logique KSA (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) guide le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, la construction de parcours de croissance personnalis\u00e9s et l'int\u00e9gration des syst\u00e8mes de performance et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La transparence des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations comme levier strat\u00e9gique pour HR<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L'affaire Quiris Holding montre que la transparence des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations peut aller bien au-del\u00e0 de la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire :
