Elle est d\u00e9j\u00e0 op\u00e9rationnelle, d\u00e9j\u00e0 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9e au quotidien pour analyser les CV, filtrer les candidatures et appuyer les d\u00e9cisions. Pourtant, en m\u00eame temps que la rapidit\u00e9 des processus s'accro\u00eet, le doute s'installe : <strong>Am\u00e9liorons-nous r\u00e9ellement la qualit\u00e9 de nos choix ou faisons-nous simplement les m\u00eames erreurs de mani\u00e8re plus efficace qu'auparavant ?<\/strong> De nombreux syst\u00e8mes promettent l'objectivit\u00e9, mais sont bas\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es historiques refl\u00e9tant des d\u00e9cisions pass\u00e9es, souvent implicites et pas toujours conscientes. Il en r\u00e9sulte que l'IA n'\u00e9limine pas la subjectivit\u00e9 : elle la structure, l'amplifie et la rend plus difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter. La question n'est donc pas de savoir s'il faut ou non utiliser l'intelligence artificielle dans le recrutement. Il s'agit de <strong>comment concevoir un processus qui sait comment l'utiliser sans perdre le contr\u00f4le, le sens critique et la responsabilit\u00e9 de la prise de d\u00e9cision<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce webinaire part de l\u00e0 : il ne s'agit pas de dire ce que l'IA peut faire, mais de comprendre. <strong>comment l'utiliser pour prendre de meilleures d\u00e9cisions, et pas seulement des d\u00e9cisions plus rapides<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>POURQUOI PARTICIPER AU WEBINAIRE ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Car il ne s'agit pas aujourd'hui d'adopter l'IA dans le recrutement, mais de comprendre... <strong>comment \u00e9viter d'aggraver les d\u00e9cisions au lieu de les am\u00e9liorer<\/strong>. De nombreux processus deviennent plus rapides, plus fluides et apparemment plus objectifs. Mais sans une conception consciente, l'IA risque de cristalliser une logique implicite, de reproduire des distorsions d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sentes dans les donn\u00e9es et de r\u00e9duire l'espace pour un jugement critique au lieu de le renforcer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant le webinaire, nous travaillerons sur cette jonction : <strong>comment int\u00e9grer l'IA dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels tout en maintenant le contr\u00f4le, la qualit\u00e9 et la responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong>, sans en faire un automatisme opaque. L'objectif est de fournir une lecture claire non seulement de l'Intelligence Artificielle, mais aussi de la mani\u00e8re dont elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e. <strong>ce que fait l'IA<\/strong>, mais de <strong>l'impact r\u00e9el sur la qualit\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>L'IA dans le recrutement : entre rapidit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9cision<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous analyserons comment le recrutement a \u00e9volu\u00e9 au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et pourquoi, aujourd'hui, la pression sur le temps et le volume rend plus difficile le maintien de la qualit\u00e9 et de la coh\u00e9rence des d\u00e9cisions. Nous verrons comment l'IA s'inscrit dans ce contexte : d'une part en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant les processus, d'autre part en introduisant de nouvelles complexit\u00e9s dans la gestion des d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>L'IA comme outil de consultation et d'analyse des donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous verrons comment l'IA permet l'interrogation rapide et structur\u00e9e de grandes bases de donn\u00e9es HR, en soutenant l'analyse de l'historique des candidats et l'identification de sch\u00e9mas r\u00e9currents. Le recruteur dispose ainsi d'une base d'informations plus solide et plus lisible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Recherche intelligente et ad\u00e9quation des candidats<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous verrons comment les syst\u00e8mes d'IA permettent de d\u00e9passer la logique traditionnelle bas\u00e9e sur les mots-cl\u00e9s en introduisant des m\u00e9canismes de recherche s\u00e9mantique et d'appariement plus avanc\u00e9s.
