En particulier, nous verrons comment les projets \u00e9chouent souvent parce qu'ils ne partent pas d'une compr\u00e9hension claire de la valeur des processus, parce qu'ils se concentrent uniquement sur l'efficacit\u00e9 technique sans tenir compte de l'impact organisationnel et humain, ou parce qu'ils adoptent des approches trop ambitieuses et simultan\u00e9es qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre soutenues par l'organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le paradigme AI-OD : technologie + organisation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'IA ne peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une simple introduction d'outils num\u00e9riques. Il s'agit, \u00e0 toutes fins utiles, d'une intervention de d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel.<strong> Le cadre AI-OD permet de lire la transformation de mani\u00e8re int\u00e9gr\u00e9e,<\/strong> en tenant compte simultan\u00e9ment de la technologie, des processus, de la structure organisationnelle et de la dynamique comportementale.<br>Nous verrons pourquoi, sans cet alignement, l'IA risque de rester sous-utilis\u00e9e ou de ne pas avoir d'impact r\u00e9el et durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le mod\u00e8le KSA : l'\u00e9volution du travail avec l'IA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous approfondirons <strong>le mod\u00e8le des connaissances, des comp\u00e9tences et des aptitudes<\/strong> pour comprendre les c<strong>e travail dans les organisations change dans la pratique. <\/strong>La connaissance est de plus en plus prise en charge ou d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes intelligents, de nombreuses activit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles sont automatis\u00e9es ou assist\u00e9es, tandis que la contribution humaine se d\u00e9place vers le jugement, l'interpr\u00e9tation et la prise de d\u00e9cision strat\u00e9gique. Il ne s'agit donc pas d'une question de substitution, mais d'une reconfiguration profonde du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Efficacit\u00e9 ou renforcement : o\u00f9 investir r\u00e9ellement ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Toutes les applications de l'IA ne g\u00e9n\u00e8rent pas le m\u00eame type de valeur. <\/strong>Nous analyserons la diff\u00e9rence entre les interventions ax\u00e9es sur l'efficacit\u00e9, qui r\u00e9duisent le temps et les co\u00fbts, et les interventions d'am\u00e9lioration, qui augmentent la capacit\u00e9 de prise de d\u00e9cision et le niveau de qualit\u00e9 du travail. Il est essentiel de comprendre cette distinction pour \u00e9laborer une feuille de route \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, capable de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des r\u00e9sultats imm\u00e9diats sans perdre de vue l'avantage concurrentiel \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment construire un pilote d'IA (sans l'approche \u201cBig Bang\u201d)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De nombreux projets d'IA \u00e9chouent parce qu'ils sont trop vastes et trop complexes au d\u00e9part. <\/strong>Nous verrons une approche alternative bas\u00e9e sur des projets pilotes cibl\u00e9s, s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s en fonction de leur impact et de leur facilit\u00e9 de gestion.
