En l'absence de visibilit\u00e9 et de connexion strat\u00e9gique, m\u00eame les comp\u00e9tences les plus critiques perdent de leur impact. <strong>Le d\u00e9fi pour les professionnels HR<\/strong> n'est plus de comprendre \"ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire\" aujourd'hui, mais de savoir comment transformer les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences en un avantage concurrentiel r\u00e9el et durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De la cartographie statique \u00e0 l'action strat\u00e9gique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Taxonomie des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> continue d'\u00eatre la base de chaque <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hcms.it\/fr\/performance-management\/\">gestion des talents<\/a>mais elle est souvent trait\u00e9e comme un exercice purement descriptif. Pour \u00eatre efficaces, ils doivent \u00eatre <strong>co-cr\u00e9\u00e9 avec les lignes op\u00e9rationnelles et la direction<\/strong>.
