Ce faisant, Google encourage les efforts ax\u00e9s sur la valeur et l'impact, et non la simple quantit\u00e9 d'activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L'ing\u00e9nieur a\u00e9rospatial : le pi\u00e8ge de la perfection<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Contrairement au pharmacien, l'ing\u00e9nieur a\u00e9rospatial aime la forme et la perfection technique. Les fiches d'\u00e9valuation deviennent des laboratoires complexes de couleurs, de niveaux et de matrices, beaux mais incompr\u00e9hensibles pour ceux qui doivent les utiliser.<\/p>\n<p>Le risque est de transformer la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hcms.it\/sales-incentives-management\/\">syst\u00e8me d'incitation<\/a> dans un <strong>exercice formel<\/strong>comme c'est souvent le cas dans certaines divisions de grandes entreprises, o\u00f9 des conseils d'administration trop sophistiqu\u00e9s emp\u00eachent une gestion pratique des performances. Croissance irr\u00e9aliste, marges parfaites sur PowerPoint, objectifs d\u00e9connect\u00e9s du march\u00e9 : tout cela peut d\u00e9motiver m\u00eame les meilleurs talents.<\/p>\n<p>Un exemple vertueux pour d\u00e9samorcer cette dynamique organisationnelle nous est donn\u00e9 par<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/aerospace-defense\/boeing-ties-employee-incentive-plan-company-wide-performance-2025-03-07\/?utm\"> <strong>Boeing (2025)<\/strong><\/a>.
