En particulier, le contrat introduit des am\u00e9liorations significatives dans les domaines \u00e9conomique, organisationnel et social, en mettant l'accent sur l'int\u00e9gration du MBO (Management By Objectives) en tant qu'outil cl\u00e9 pour stimuler la productivit\u00e9 et l'alignement strat\u00e9gique entre les managers et les entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voyons ensemble ce qui est substantiellement nouveau dans le nouveau CCNL pour les cadres de l'industrie 2025-2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nouvelles \u00e9conomiques et de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1 <strong>Augmentation du TMCG (traitement total minimum garanti)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le TMCG passe de 75 000 \u20ac \u00e0 80 000 \u20ac en 2025, pour atteindre 85 000 \u20ac en 2026 (avec une augmentation globale de 13%), ce qui garantit un niveau de salaire minimum qui tient compte de l'inflation et de l'accroissement des responsabilit\u00e9s manag\u00e9riales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 <strong>Unique pour 2024<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une prime de 6% du salaire annuel brut est pr\u00e9vue pour les cadres qui n'ont pas re\u00e7u d'augmentation depuis 2019, \u00e0 condition que leur revenu soit inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 100 000 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 <strong>Indemnit\u00e9 de d\u00e9placement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En cas de voyage d'une dur\u00e9e sup\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 12 heures au cours d'une p\u00e9riode de 24 heures, les parties sont convenues de porter le montant forfaitaire d\u00fb \u00e0 100,00 euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Syst\u00e8me MBO obligatoire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de promouvoir une contribution active des cadres \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des priorit\u00e9s de l'entreprise, la gestion par objectifs devient obligatoire, int\u00e9grant une partie de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d'objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques et mesurables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aspects du bien-\u00eatre des entreprises<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contrat renouvelle et renforce le syst\u00e8me bilat\u00e9ral de protection sociale :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1 <strong>Pensions compl\u00e9mentaires (Previndai)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les entreprises sont tenues de verser une part plus importante au fonds de pension (4% + 2% + 1%), avec <strong>un all\u00e8gement cons\u00e9quent de la charge du gestionnaire<\/strong>\u00a0(1%), soit un total global de 8% de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration totale brute effectivement per\u00e7ue. Il s'agit donc d'une base solide pour la retraite future des cadres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 <strong>Soins de sant\u00e9 (FASI) et protection en cas de maladie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le FASI confirme son r\u00f4le central dans les soins de sant\u00e9 int\u00e9gratifs, en continuant \u00e0 garantir un soutien fondamental \u00e0 la protection de la sant\u00e9 des cadres et de leur famille. En particulier, pour les cadres souffrant de maladies oncologiques, la p\u00e9riode de maintien dans l'emploi a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 18 mois, ce qui offre une plus grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pendant le traitement et la convalescence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 <strong>Politiques actives de l'emploi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le soutien \u00e0 la formation continue et au recyclage est renforc\u00e9 et confi\u00e9 \u00e0 Fondirigenti, qui est charg\u00e9 de la mise en \u0153uvre des initiatives et du suivi de leurs r\u00e9sultats, en mettant l'accent sur la promotion de l'innovation et le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques avanc\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Inclusion et \u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La CCNL 2025-2027 aborde \u00e9galement de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9cisive la question de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et de l'inclusion, en introduisant des r\u00e9glementations visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail plus \u00e9quitable et plus respectueux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soutien au partage des responsabilit\u00e9s parentales<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9galit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mod\u00e8les organisationnels inclusifs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lutte contre le harc\u00e8lement et la violence fond\u00e9s sur le sexe<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9largir la d\u00e9finition du gestionnaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, le nouveau CCNL reconna\u00eet l'\u00e9volution de la fonction manag\u00e9riale, en incluant parmi les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du contrat des personnalit\u00e9s techniques hautement qualifi\u00e9es qui, bien que n'occupant pas de fonctions manag\u00e9riales traditionnelles, contribuent de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9cisive au succ\u00e8s de l'entreprise gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi le CCNL 2025-2027 est-il strat\u00e9gique ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En d\u00e9finitive, le nouveau CCNL Dirigenti Industria 2025-2027 n'est pas une simple mise \u00e0 jour contractuelle, mais un v\u00e9ritable outil pour rendre la gestion plus efficace, plus juste et plus strat\u00e9gique.
