L'identification des comp\u00e9tences internes et la promotion du d\u00e9veloppement des aptitudes cl\u00e9s peuvent favoriser non seulement l'efficacit\u00e9, mais aussi l'avantage concurrentiel de l'entreprise. Parmi les comp\u00e9tences les plus importantes, un r\u00f4le fondamental est jou\u00e9 par les \"soft skills\", des comp\u00e9tences transversales qui ont pris une importance cruciale au fil du temps dans le monde du travail, devenant en fait compl\u00e9mentaires de comp\u00e9tences techniques plus sp\u00e9cifiques (hard skills).  En effet, dans de nombreux contextes de travail, les premi\u00e8res permettent l'ex\u00e9cution de t\u00e2ches complexes et les secondes favorisent un environnement de travail collaboratif, flexible et bien organis\u00e9, permettant de relever les d\u00e9fis quotidiens et d'atteindre les objectifs de mani\u00e8re efficace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment est-il alors possible d'\u00e9valuer des comp\u00e9tences non techniques telles que : Les comp\u00e9tences de communication, le travail en \u00e9quipe, la gestion du temps, la gestion des conflits, le leadership, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l'empathie ? Voyons ensemble quels outils et quelles m\u00e9thodologies peuvent \u00eatre introduits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OUTILS D'ANALYSE DES COMP\u00c9TENCES NON TECHNIQUES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Questionnaires et entretiens : <\/strong>recueillir les r\u00e9actions et les \u00e9valuations des employ\u00e9s au moyen de questions ou de d\u00e9clarations visant \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences comportementales ; mener des entretiens (collectifs ou individuels) pour discuter des cas d'utilisation des comp\u00e9tences non techniques ; suivre les employ\u00e9s pendant leurs activit\u00e9s professionnelles en observant directement leurs comp\u00e9tences non techniques en action. Comment ? L\u00e0 encore, les logiciels de gestion viennent \u00e0 la rescousse.
