{"id":329,"date":"2023-06-07T09:49:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-07T09:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alveria.it\/?p=329"},"modified":"2024-05-19T11:14:00","modified_gmt":"2024-05-19T11:14:00","slug":"excelencia-en-la-ejecucion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alveria.it\/espanol\/2023\/06\/07\/excellence-in-execution\/","title":{"rendered":"EXCELENCIA EN LA EJECUCI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Per puntare all&#8217;excellence (eccellenza)e alla sua continuit\u00e0 nel tempo, risulta essenziale investire in ricerca e sviluppo tanto quanto in capacit\u00e0 e competenze.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los elementos de referencia son:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A <strong>Orientado a la visi\u00f3n<\/strong>Excelencia a medio\/largo plazo<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>liderazgo generalizado<\/strong>capaz de dirigir y estimular equipos<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modelos de gesti\u00f3n<\/strong>adecuada para mantener la tensi\u00f3n hacia los resultados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, estos elementos no son suficientes, para perseguir la excelencia, un\u00a0<strong>cultura generalizada<\/strong>\u00a0entre los iniciados tambi\u00e9n apoyada por\u00a0<strong>valores s\u00f3lidos<\/strong>\u00a0que agregan y \"justifican\" los esfuerzos de todos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alveria ha desarrollado\u00a0<strong>\"Programa de Excelencia en la Ejecuci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0con l\u2019obiettivo di colmare il gap esistente tra i risultati attesi e l\u2019esecuzione effettiva dello stesso da parte dell&#8217;organizzazione; un intervento il cui obiettivo \u00e8 quello di diffondere modelli e comportamenti volti all\u2019eccellenza operativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ello, es necesario\u00a0<strong>compartir y razonar<\/strong>junto con los participantes elegidos por la empresa cliente, sobre las formas reales de trabajar, planificar, establecer prioridades, delegar; a fin de garantizar la plena aplicaci\u00f3n y realizaci\u00f3n del plan estrat\u00e9gico y los objetivos relacionados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para alcanzar estos objetivos, es importante\u00a0<strong>centrarse en el papel<\/strong>\u00a0que cada participante tiene que actuar y, en particular, en la capacidad de interpretar la estrategia de la empresa de forma que se defina la contribuci\u00f3n operativa de los recursos asignados, orientando y dirigiendo su acci\u00f3n. Saber, por tanto,\u00a0<strong>planificaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de prioridades<\/strong>en relaci\u00f3n con lo que ocurre y tienen la\u00a0<strong>capacidad para dirigir el equipo<\/strong>\u00a0mediante la claridad de objetivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ello es necesario que la direcci\u00f3n comprenda claramente la estrategia y la contribuci\u00f3n que cada individuo puede aportar a su realizaci\u00f3n, despejando el campo de confusi\u00f3n entre la excelencia en la ejecuci\u00f3n y la ejecuci\u00f3n operativa de primera mano de todo lo que hay que hacer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ser excelente en la \"ejecuci\u00f3n de estrategias\" hay que tener una visi\u00f3n clara de lo que la empresa espera de cada directivo y trabajar para\u00a0<strong>alcanzar excelentes niveles de producci\u00f3n y funcionamiento<\/strong>planteando tambi\u00e9n el problema de c\u00f3mo ayudar a su equipo a mejorar constantemente sus
