Con la introducci\u00f3n del <strong>Directiva 970\/23 de la UE sobre transparencia salarial<\/strong>, las empresas est\u00e1n llamadas a replantearse no s\u00f3lo sus pol\u00edticas salariales, sino todo su modelo de gesti\u00f3n de personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto se debatir\u00e1 durante el\u2019<strong>HR Innovation Talk 2026<\/strong>, programado el <strong>26 de junio de 2026 (12:00 - 13:00, en l\u00ednea)<\/strong>, con una mirada en profundidad al caso<a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.agnenergia.com\/it\/chi-siamo\/la-nostra-holding\"> <strong>Quiris Holding<\/strong><\/a>, ganador de los Premios a la Innovaci\u00f3n HR, junto con <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/filippo-cannavo-837125293\/\">Filippo Cannav\u00f2 <\/a>(Jefe HRO Servicio y Formaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alveria.it\/espanol\/\">Alveria<\/a>)<\/strong> e <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/andreaferrante\/\">Andrea Ferrante<\/a> (CRO de Quiris Holding)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para algunas organizaciones, es una obligaci\u00f3n reglamentaria. Para otras, m\u00e1s avanzadas, es ya una palanca de cambio organizativo, cultural y tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De la restricci\u00f3n reglamentaria a la transformaci\u00f3n HR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La experiencia de Quiris Holding muestra c\u00f3mo la regulaci\u00f3n puede convertirse en un acelerador de la madurez organizativa. <\/strong>La empresa se enfrent\u00f3 a un periodo de crecimiento y creciente complejidad interna, junto con la necesidad de garantizar una mayor equidad y transparencia en sus procesos de remuneraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto dio lugar a una v\u00eda de transformaci\u00f3n HR estructurada, con tres objetivos principales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sistemas salariales m\u00e1s justos y coherentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reducir los desajustes entre unidades de negocio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reforzar un enfoque basado en datos HR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El punto de inflexi\u00f3n fue la transici\u00f3n de un modelo tradicional a un sistema basado en criterios objetivos de evaluaci\u00f3n de funciones y en el uso estructurado de datos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El proyecto \u201cM\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la transparencia salarial\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desarrollado conjuntamente con <strong>Alveria<\/strong>, el proyecto consiste en <strong>dos fases.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La primera<\/strong> es el mapeo de roles y la construcci\u00f3n de clusters de igual valor, basados en competencias, responsabilidades, esfuerzos y condiciones de trabajo. Esto permiti\u00f3 obtener una representaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s objetiva de la organizaci\u00f3n y activar un seguimiento continuo de la diferencia salarial entre hombres y mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El segundo<\/strong> evoluciona hacia un modelo de gesti\u00f3n del talento m\u00e1s integrado, en el que la l\u00f3gica KSA (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) gu\u00eda el desarrollo de las competencias, la construcci\u00f3n de itinerarios de crecimiento personalizados y la integraci\u00f3n de los sistemas de rendimiento y remuneraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La transparencia salarial como palanca estrat\u00e9gica para el HR<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El caso de Quiris Holding pone de relieve c\u00f3mo la transparencia salarial puede convertirse en mucho m\u00e1s que el cumplimiento de la normativa: <\/strong>una palanca para replantear el papel del HR como funci\u00f3n
