El evento, conocido hasta ahora como Foro de Recursos Humanos, vuelve -despu\u00e9s de seis a\u00f1os- a la sede del<\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/comunicazioneitaliana.net\/aziende\/universita-iulm\" data-cmp-ab=\"2\">Universidad IULM<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Seis a\u00f1os que han marcado un crecimiento constante, en t\u00e9rminos de reputaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n, y que ahora encuentran continuidad en una edici\u00f3n renovada con algunas novedades importantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En primer lugar, en el nombre del evento, que pretende se\u00f1alar la creciente atenci\u00f3n que prestan los Directores HR -o Directores de Personas- al valor de las personas y a la importancia de la cultura corporativa. El tema de este a\u00f1o ser\u00e1 \"<\/span><b>Co-Inteligencia y transformaci\u00f3n de las personas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\", en un intento de comprender c\u00f3mo es posible crear una cultura corporativa compartida, al tiempo que se potencia la diversidad de inteligencias en el lugar de trabajo, con la aportaci\u00f3n predominante de la Inteligencia Artificial, cuyos efectos sobre el trabajo y la organizaci\u00f3n se explorar\u00e1n desde m\u00faltiples perspectivas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otra novedad es la dimensi\u00f3n internacional del evento.
