Alveria,<\/strong> a consultancy firm specialising in human resources organisation and development, is launching a division dedicated to medium-sized businesses.<\/strong> A platform for the digitalisation of HR processes that aims to address the the growing need for businesses to have smart and flexible solutions.<\/strong> The CEO, Massimo Genova, speaks about this.<\/p>\n

Alveria and the evolution of human resources<\/h2>\n

\u201cAlveria was launched at the end of 2010 with a very strong focus on certain areas: HR and sales,\u201d he says, \u201cfor these two areas\u201d The services we offer include consultancy, training and technological solutions.<\/strong> \u2019This is what sets us apart, as there are companies in the market that sell only consultancy services and others that sell technological solutions.\u201d.<\/p>\n

Genova himself explains why these areas have been merged. \u2019Because very often, if we only offer a consultancy service, we then leave the client to deal with the problem of implementation,\u201c he continues, \u201cin the same way companies that sell only services<\/strong> technological developments, in fact, often do not cover<\/strong> in a timely manner the necessary skills<\/strong>, which are related to the services they implement<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n

With a track record of working with major Italian and multinational companies,<\/strong> Building on its experience with large companies, both Italian and multinational, that have been dealing with human resources management for years, Alveria has now decided to focus on medium-sized companies that need leaner and more effective organisational structures.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have set up a business unit for medium-sized companies<\/strong> \u201cFor several reasons,\u201d Genova emphasises, \u201cfirstly because we believe that the issue of human resources management in medium-sized Italian companies is particularly pressing today. Secondly, because we believe that the experience gained in large organisational contexts \u2013 and I\u2019m talking about very, very large companies with tens of thousands of employees and highly complex structures \u2013 can be a great source of added value for medium-sized companies too. Also because our technological solutions<\/strong> they incorporate management models and processes, amongst other things easily configured without writing a line of code<\/strong>, which can give medium-sized companies a boost to enable them to adapt as quickly as possible to their current needs in terms of digitalisation and responding to the market conditions in which they operate\u201d.<\/p>\n

One of Alveria\u2019s main activities is the constant monitoring of labour costs, which account for an average of 30\u201335% of companies\u201c balance sheets. \u201cThe paradox is that there is a great deal of focus on labour costs, but almost always after the fact,\u201d concludes the CEO of Alveria, \u201c Today we have technological solutions at our disposal, available straight away,<\/strong> \u201dwhich make it possible to monitor costs throughout the entire life cycle, including through predictive modelling\u201d.<\/p>\n
