Knowing, therefore, how to\u00a0<strong>plan and manage priorities<\/strong>, in relation to what is happening and having the\u00a0<strong>ability to guide the team<\/strong>\u00a0through clarity of objectives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This requires management to have a clear understanding of the strategy and the contribution that each individual can make to its realisation, clearing the field of confusion between excellence in execution and first-hand operational execution of all that needs to be done.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To be excellent at 'strategy execution' one must have a clear vision of what the company expects from each manager and work towards\u00a0<strong>excellent production\/operational standards<\/strong>, while also addressing the
