How will it be possible to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into work and organisational models in a human-positive way? How to rethink HR practices and careers to make them sustainable in the face of longer working lives? In all this, what roles will HR management be called upon to play?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The speed of change requires structured reflection on these issues.
