{"id":2195,"date":"2026-01-20T11:23:36","date_gmt":"2026-01-20T11:23:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alveria.it\/?p=2195"},"modified":"2026-01-20T11:24:19","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T11:24:19","slug":"agentic-which-impacts-the-world-of-work-and-hr-management-2195","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alveria.it\/english\/2026\/01\/20\/agentic-ai-quali-impatti-per-il-mondo-del-lavoro-e-la-direzione-hr-2195\/","title":{"rendered":"AGENTIC AI: WHAT IMPACTS FOR LABOUR AND MANAGEMENT HR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>4 February 2026<\/strong>, from <strong>09.00 to 13.00, <\/strong>Alveria invites you to participate in the second <strong>Workshop of the HR Innovation Practice Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano<\/strong>an unmissable event dedicated to understanding how the<strong>AI talent<\/strong>and in particular the<strong>Agentic AI<\/strong>is transforming the labour market, organisational models and processes HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>An opportunity to<\/strong> reflect in a structured way on the current and future impacts of Artificial Intelligence in the world of work and in HR Directorates, through discussions with <strong>search data<\/strong>, <strong>concrete cases<\/strong> and <strong>experiences of other organisations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the event, the following will be presented <strong>a preview of the results of the Observatory Research<\/strong> on the main <strong>AI challenges and opportunities for labour market and practices HR<\/strong>offering participants the opportunity to confront the <strong>Observatory benchmarks<\/strong> and understand how companies are coping with and governing these changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will be held <strong>in the presence<\/strong> at the <strong>De Carli Lecture Hall, Building B9, Durando Campus<\/strong>, via Durando 10, Milan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Through an interactive workshop and guided discussions, participants will be able to<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>understand what the <strong>Main changes enabled by AI<\/strong> in organisational models and processes HR;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deepen the <strong>concrete applications of AI and Agentic AI<\/strong> along the different HR processes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deal with <strong>HR Executive, industry experts and community members<\/strong> of the Observatory;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>co-design <strong>possible innovation scenarios<\/strong> and concrete initiatives to be implemented in their own organisational contexts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop adopts the format <strong>'HR Innovation Lab'<\/strong>designed to encourage active discussion, sharing of experiences and collaboration among all participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Workshop Programme -
