{"id":2034,"date":"2025-07-18T10:56:19","date_gmt":"2025-07-18T10:56:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alveria.it\/?p=2034"},"modified":"2025-07-18T10:57:09","modified_gmt":"2025-07-18T10:57:09","slug":"event-report-stories-of-innovation-in-hr-practices-discovering-success-stories-2034","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alveria.it\/english\/2025\/07\/18\/event-report-stories-of-innovation-in-hr-practices-discovering-success-stories-2034\/","title":{"rendered":"REPORT OF THE EVENT 'STORIES OF INNOVATION IN HR PRACTICES: DISCOVERING SUCCESS STORIES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 24 June, the last workshop of the 2024-25 edition of the HR Innovation Practice Observatory was held, entitled \"<strong>Innovation stories in HR practices: discovering success stories'. <\/strong>in which the stories of eight best-practice companies in the field of innovation in human resources management were explored, divided into three strands: 'AI &amp; Digitalization', 'Wellbeing &amp; Engagement' and 'Data-driven decision-making'.<\/p>\n<h2>AI &amp; DIGITISATION' THEME<\/h2>\n<h3>The Observatory Research<\/h3>\n<p>To begin with, the results of the 2024-2025 research confirmed the trend of digitisation and investment in Artificial Intelligence (AI) recorded in the 2023-2024 research. Specifically, 37% of the research sample invested in new AI-enabled digital tools to support the HR Directorate and 11% upgraded and\/or optimised those already in use. Net of the 27% of the sample who do not use these tools and state that they have no plans to introduce them in the next 12 months, there are several HR macro-processes in which AI is adopted. The main ones are related to talent attraction (46%), training and management of career paths in the company (37%) and management of administrative practices and welfare provision (29%). Among the expected benefits, 80% of the sample claim to have implemented AI to improve operational efficiency, but this is not the only benefit that emerged. Indeed, great benefits were also found in the innovation and creativity of the HR team, as well as a reduction and\/or better balancing of workloads. Finally, despite the fact that the development of skills and the adoption of AI-related solutions are recognised as key elements in strengthening the strategic role of the HR management within organisations, 53% of the sample do not monitor the effects of the implemented solutions, highlighting the prevalence of governance that is still too unstructured.<\/p>\n<p>Source:\u00a0<a
