Once again this year, the event brought together the protagonists of the human resources sector in a meeting focused on topics related to talent management, training, organisational wellbeing and the new frontiers offered by technological and strategic innovation. Theme of the 16th edition \u2018Integrability\u2019.<\/a><\/p>\n

This word, which recalls the need to integrate people, processes and technologies, fits well with the current challenges of the HR world, where the focus on the human dimension is increasingly intertwined with the opportunities offered by advanced tools, such as artificial intelligence and digital platforms.<\/p>\n

Massimo Genova emphasised how digital transformation represents not only a lever to increase efficiency, but also a unique opportunity to rethink working methods, promoting more inclusive and people-oriented environments.<\/p>\n

The Forum hosted panels and debates with experts and industry leaders, with a special focus on the importance of a collaborative approach and the integration of new generations in the work environment. \u2018Integrability\u2019 was an invitation to seize the synergies between human skills and innovative tools to meet the needs of a constantly changing world of work.<\/p>\n
