Experts and professionals in the field will take turns on stage to critically read the findings that emerged and <strong>answer some recurring questions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What are HR Management's biggest challenges for 2024?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talent Shortage, Large Resignations and Quiet Quitting: what is the trend of these phenomena in Italy?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is the state of people in terms of well-being, engagement and inclusion?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generative Artificial Intelligence: how are HR Departments preparing? The presentation of data from the Observatory will be alternated with presentations of business cases and panel discussions with experts, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mgenova\/\">Massimo Genova.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>'The Conference'<\/strong>\u00a0of the Milan Polytechnic's HR Innovation Practice Observatory is free and open to all interested parties upon registration. <strong>If you wish to attend the event (in line with the aforementioned requirements)<\/strong>\u00a0you can write to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:chiara.tamma@polimi.it\">chiara.tamma@polimi.it<\/a>. <em>On the day of the event, it will be possible to download the Research booklet free of charge.
