Informing and creating value, with conferences and one-to-one meetings, means being able to get to know our stakeholders closely in order to share knowledge with them and forge understandings that lead us to look in the same direction with a view to common growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Social Impact is increasingly central to HR, but words like inclusion, sustainability, diversity point to much more complex paths than any slogan or promise. What do you recommend to companies that are serious about tackling these issues?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Addressing inclusion, sustainability and diversity issues seriously and effectively requires a long-term commitment, a well-defined strategy and the collaboration of all corporate stakeholders. The HR Department can play a key role in coordinating and guiding the process of transformation\/evolution of the corporate system towards these objectives, being able, on the one hand, to influence\/guide the introduction of coherent management models by increasing awareness at all levels of the organisation on ESG issues, and, on the other hand, coordinating and activating a whole series of initiatives and tools to support, manage and monitor the process of evolution of the corporate system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AI: WHAT, HOW, WHEN AND WHY?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alveria.it\/english\/2024\/02\/16\/beyond-talent-shortage-and-great-resignation-when-lai-is-an-ally-for-hr-directorates\/\">The combination of artificial intelligence and human resource management <\/a>can be considered, to date, a catalyst for business success. Indeed, it is undeniable that the advent of AI has opened up new scenarios for automating work activities, contributing significantly to the efficiency of HR departments' operations and freeing up valuable time for more strategic activities. However, as is always the case when faced with innovations, it is crucial not to fall into easy exemplifications and to maintain a balance between the automation provided by AI and human sensitivity, especially in matters related to people management. AI is not meant to replace human skills, but to enhance them, creating a positive impact on society as a whole. To achieve this, companies are called upon not only to invest in innovation, but also to implement an HR strategy geared towards upskilling and reskilling their employees by making them aware of the benefits and potential risks associated with this transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DATA DRIVEN COMPANIES: WHAT OPPORTUNITIES IN HR?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a context where speed and correctness of decisions make all the difference, the availability of tools that enable one to have constantly updated data and information, to perform analyses in a simple way, to constantly gain insight into the most relevant phenomena, becomes essential. This is all the more true in the field of people management.
