INTEGRATED SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

Alveria S.r.l. has been operating since 2010 as a consulting company, in the field of human resources organisation and development, and provides its expertise to support companies in complex transformation processes. Alveria is therefore strongly committed to the full satisfaction of Customers, Suppliers, Workers and compliance with current legislation in terms of protecting the health and safety of workers and respecting the environment, and has adopted a Quality, Environment and Safety Management System in line with: - UNI ENI ISO 14001:2015 (Environment) - UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) - UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 (Health and Safety).

The General Management of the company declares its intentions to operate according to processes devoted to an 'Integrated Management System' encompassing over time, Quality, Environment and Safety, as well as IT security. To this end, the continuous improvement of internal management processes is considered fundamental, operating in accordance with the Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with UNI ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018; these Systems and their results are considered an integral part of company management. In application of the NIS 2 Directive that will become operative and operational from next October, which introduces into the legal system the "responsibility" for omission and execution of the relative fulfilments of natural persons as directors, Alveria, adopts this integrated policy in order to facilitate the elaboration of its own model of organisation, management and control, with reference to what will be adopted by the NIS 2 Directive.

In order to demonstrate its leadership and commitment to its Quality Management Systems, the Management guarantees the achievement of its results within the systems themselves, ensures that the necessary resources are available, communicates the importance of effective quality, environmental and safety management, and supports its people to contribute to their effectiveness. The Management also considers the dissemination of the culture of quality, respect and protection of the environment and attention to health and safety at work a priority, for the growth of the company and all stakeholders with whom it interacts directly or indirectly. The Quality of Service, achieved by Alveria S.r.l. through constant commitment in all company processes, is considered by the Management as the key to achieve positions of pre-eminence in the market.

Management is committed to complying with environmental and workplace safety laws and to seeking continuous improvement of its business performance through constant monitoring of its direct and indirect environmental aspects.

The following principles underpin the System:

  • engage directly in the development of systems, quality, environment and safety, in particular through annual measurable improvement targets;
  • ensure and monitor customer satisfaction and provide them with services that meet their requirements;
  • fully involve all persons working in the interests of Alveria and provide awareness of the influence their actions have on the quality of the services provided, and on the significant environmental aspects and health and safety risks associated with their work, especially with regard to client personnel;
  • commitment to the prevention of accidents and occupational injuries and diseases to protect the health and safety of company workers;
  • undertake to ensure the participation and consultation of all workers present on health and safety issues;
  • Arrangements are in place to ensure that suppliers/contractors working on behalf of the company apply environmental and safety standards in compliance with company procedures;
  • to base the relationship with customers on the greatest possible cooperation;
  • inform customers, suppliers, communities and authorities about its environmental and health and safety framework;
  • use the most advanced technologies to ensure the best user experience and the most scalable solutions;
  • Encourage change by creating leaders who are ready to enter the professional digital world, always looking for new technologically advanced solutions;
  • Assess in advance the environmental impacts and health and safety implications for workers of new activities and processes;
  • implement, where possible, applied technologies that offer a greater reduction in environmental impact, and offer greater health and safety protection;
  • monitor and reduce their electricity consumption wherever possible;
  • contain and reduce atmospheric emissions to the external environment;
  • periodically check the Quality Management Systems by analysing the non-conformities found;
  • check, analyse and investigate any near misses that may have occurred in order to implement actions with a view to continuous improvement;
  • ensure internal and external communications to establish direct relations with workers, customers and in general, if necessary with the public;
  • ensure cooperation with public authorities and control bodies;
  • prevent and promptly manage any type of environmental and IT security incident, through the application of prevention and intervention procedures.

The dissemination and application of these principles throughout the company is ensured by the constant commitment of the management.
