On days 18-19-20 November back to Milan the HR 'People & Culture' Forum, ihe main Italian event dedicated to work and people management, organised by Comunicazione Italiana in collaboration with theFor Human Community' Association. The event, known until now as the Human Resources Forum, returns - after six years - to the venue of theIULM University. Six years that have marked constant growth, in terms of reputation and participation, and that now find continuity in a renewed edition with some important new features.
First of all in the event's name, which is intended to signal the increased focus of HR Managers - or People Managers - on the value of people and the importance of corporate culture. This year's theme will be "Co-Intelligence and People Transformation", in an attempt to understand how it is possible to create a shared corporate culture, while at the same time enhancing the diversity of intelligences in the workplace, with the predominant input of Artificial Intelligence, whose effects on work and organisation will be explored from multiple perspectives.
Another novelty is the international dimension of the event. Numerous speakers will take part in the International Hub, to discuss the main European and global trends in People Management, from the 'trans-national' challenges of talent management to today's diversity, equity & inclusion issues, and of course the adoption of AI.
A first and significant example of the new international dimension of the HR 'People & Culture' Forum will be the evening of the 18 November with theOpening Talk Show entitled "Rethinking Work Ethics: A Global Shift in Workplace Culture"a European and global debate dedicated to the evolution of work ethics and the profound cultural changes that are redefining the relationships between people and organisations. Conducted by Adriano Solidoro, (University of Milan-Bicocca), speakers will include Silvia Cassano (Fastweb + Vodafone), Nico Decock (author of "Rewiring The Human Delta"); Constance Hermanin (European University Institute) e Angelica Salvi Del Pero (OECD Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development).
La preview evening will be complemented by an exclusive interview with Carlo Purassanta, former CEO of Microsoft Italy and France, now Founder & Chairman of The Evident Projectconducted by Federico Fubini (Corriere della Sera); and from the Closing Keynote "The role of people in the AI Transformation"edited by Alessandro Risaro, Co-founder of Datapizzawhich will serve as a springboard for the Palimpsest 2026 of Italian Communication, dedicated to the theme "Voice:”.
The Forum will continue on 19 November with the Talent & Innovation Daystarring the Main Partners Indeed, the world's No. 1 portal for job seekers and providers. A day dedicated to the challenges of talent attraction, the new scenarios of training and talent development, and how technology can support the various stages of talent management in companies. Spotlight on Opening Talk Showentitled "Conscious talent: talent acquisition and the challenge of the need for meaning at work' and the Main Keynote Speech "In search of a star"edited by Gianluca Bonacchi (Indeed).
The 20 November will be the turn of the Welfare & Sustainability Daystarring the Main Partners Pluxee Italya global leader in corporate benefits and employee engagement. The focus of the day will be on the role of welfare and wellbeing strategies to put people back at the centre of the company, and the role of Chief People Officers in boosting organisations' ESG objectives. Not to be missed, in particular, the Opening Talk Show "From data to people: redefining and driving the future of corporate welfare' and the Main Keynote Speech "The new rules of engagement: eight profiles to understand the new relationship between people and work"edited by Anna Maria Mazzini and Tommaso Palermo of Pluxee Italy.
