WORK IN 2035: TRANDS AND SCENARIOS FOR MANAGEMENT HR
28 November 2025, from 09.00 to 15.00, Alveria invites you to participate in the HR Innovation Practice Observatory Workshop of Milan Polytechnican unmissable event dedicated to the evolution of the HR world and the megatrends that will shape its future. The event will be held at the De Carli Lecture Hall, Building B9, Durando Campus, via Durando 10, Milan.
A unique opportunity to anticipate change
The Workshop is an opportunity for discussion and co-creation on the future of Human Resources. During the day, the results of the envisioning route conducted by the Observatory, which - through methodologies of foresight - identified the main megatrend destined to influence HR's work and management over the next ten years.
Through a interactive workshop and moments of guided discussionparticipants will be able to share experiences, reflect on the impact of megatrends and contribute to the co-planning of future scenarios for the evolution of HR practices.
