Thematic Table | Skills Management & Future of Work - 19 November, h 10:30-11:30 - Intervention by Filippo Cannavò, Head BU Service & Training/ Alveria
THE SKILLS OF THE FUTURE: A CHALLENGE FOR PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
According to the World Economic Forum's 'Future of Jobs Report', the skills most in demand in the coming years will include creativity, critical thinking, flexibility, emotional intelligence and digital skills. This list, which is still up-to-date although subject to further additions, poses challenges for people managers that are anything but simple: attracting talent with these skills, developing and retaining them over time, but above all making them adaptable to the profound changes that are sweeping our world and significantly impacting organisations.
Thematic Table | HR & Leadership - 19 November, h 14:30-15:30 - Intervention by Massimo Genova, CEO / Alveria
PROMOTING ORGANISATIONAL LEADERSHIP: THE ROLE OF HR IN CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION
The transformations in work force us to rethink deeply the concept of leadership. Factors such as artificial intelligence, the growing demand for organisational flexibility and the presence of increasingly widespread and diverse teams impose new models. For People & Culture, the challenge is not only to identify the leaders of the future, but to promote a widespread, accessible leadership culture consistent with the organisation's values. Which competencies are to be developed? With which tools? The objective of this round table is to define some guidelines to accompany the organisation in the cultural transformation that our time requires.
Thematic Table | People Management & Candidate Experience - 19 November, 15:45-16:45 - Intervention by Federico Di RolloCOO / Alveria
WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE?
In Italy, almost all candidates have experienced at least one bad selection experience: non-responses, opaque processes, out-of-context questions, unprepared interlocutors. A phenomenon that has ended up tarnishing not only the reputation of the People & Culture functions, but also that of the organisation as a whole. In this round table, we will discuss how to reverse the trend: what actions can People Managers take today to make the selection process more transparent, respectful and human?
Thematic Table | IA & Organisation - 19 November, 17:00-18:00 - Intervention by Corrado Del Vescovo, CRO/Chief Revenue Officer / Alveria
THE POINT ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: ITS IMPACT ON ORGANISATIONS (AND ON THE WORK OF HR)
Artificial intelligence is entering People Management processes with increasing force - and it could not be otherwise. But since we are not just talking about tools, but about profound changes, it is urgent to question the 'transformative' role of AI both for organisations as a whole and for the people function in particular.
