NEW ORGANIZATIONAL MODELS: RESEARCH FINDINGS FROM THE HR OBSERVATORY
On May 15, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Alveria awaits you at the Milan Polytechnic's HR Innovation Practice Observatory Research Findings ,Conference to discuss with attendees the main challenges facing HR Departments and critically outline their evolution.
The concluding event, which will be held in presence at the De Carli Lecture Hall of the Durando Campus (Building B9, Via Durando 10, Milan) and in Online Streaming, aims to provide some interesting guidelines for the definition of new organizational models oriented to ensure the employability, well-being and happiness of employees. Experts and professionals in the field will take turns on stage to critically read the findings that emerged and answer some recurring questions:
- What are HR Management's biggest challenges for 2024?
- Talent Shortage, Large Resignations and Quiet Quitting: what is the trend of these phenomena in Italy?
- What is the state of people in terms of well-being, engagement and inclusion?
- Generative Artificial Intelligence: how are HR Departments preparing? What about people?
- Can Artificial Intelligence be an ally in responding to critical issues in the current labor market?
- How can HR Management enable new organizational models to ensure the employability, well-being, and happiness of its people?

- Presentation of research: Labor market challenges: from talent shortage to engagement crisis - Roundtable discussion of findings with Observatory partners
- Presentation of the research:: Artificial intelligence and HR: opportunities and challenges - Round table discussion of the results with partners of the Observatory with the intervention, among others, of Massimo Genova Ceo of Alveria.
- Presentation of the HR Innovation Award with presentation of the awarded case
- Presentation of the research:: happiness and work: possible combination? - Round table discussion of the results with partners of the Observatory
- Awards ceremony of the "HR Innovation Award Contest"
1:15 pm - Networking Lunch (by invitation)
2:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Panel Discussion: "The Frontiers of HR Tech"
The session delves into some of the Research themes presented during the HR Innovation Practice Observatory Conference. In particular, the potential of artificial intelligence systems to support HR Management and new technologies for training. The presentation of data from the Observatory will be alternated with presentations of business cases and panel discussions with experts, including Massimo Genova.
