THE IMPORTANCE OF CYBERSECURITY IN THE CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT
The importance of cybersecurity in protecting the sensitive data of corporate resources is a major factor, now not to be overlooked, for businesses committed to complying with current Privacy Regulations.
The interconnection and large amount of online data requires companies to protect themselves and their stakeholders not only to avoid serious damage to their reputation, in case of theft of sensitive data, but also to avoid significant financial losses related to the cost of repairing the damage. No less important are the safeguarding of intellectual property, guarded in the company, and the business continuity that would be undermined by a temporary, if any, inaccessibility to computer systems.
