THE EVOLUTION OF HCM SYSTEMS ACCORDING TO GARTNER
Gartner's "The Future of Cloud HCM Suites" research estimates that, by 2030, an architecture will be consolidated that can:
- Collect in a single “Central Node” " all the data produced by the different vertical solutions dedicated to the management of one or more HR processesFunctional Node as:: Payroll, Attendance, PM, MBO, Skill Assessment, etc.).
- Making useful data and services available to each of the system nodes.
The different nodes of the system, deputed to more complex processes, will be able to draw from a rich and articulated database for increasingly detailed, historicized and evolving reports and processes.
The new structure of Human Capital Management Systems will enable the different corporate functions in charge, HR Professionals and Top Management, to have access to all human resource data useful for carrying out their management activities without the need for intermediaries!
