Februar 2026<\/strong>, von <strong>09.00 bis 13.00 Uhr, <\/strong>Alveria l\u00e4dt Sie zur Teilnahme an der zweiten <strong>Workshop der Beobachtungsstelle f\u00fcr Innovationspraxis HR des Politecnico di Milano<\/strong>eine unumg\u00e4ngliche Veranstaltung, die sich mit der Frage besch\u00e4ftigt, wie die<strong>K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz<\/strong>und insbesondere die<strong>Agentische KI<\/strong>ver\u00e4ndert den Arbeitsmarkt, Organisationsmodelle und Prozesse HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eine Gelegenheit zum<\/strong> auf strukturierte Weise \u00fcber die aktuellen und zuk\u00fcnftigen Auswirkungen der k\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz in der Arbeitswelt und in den HR-Direktionen nachzudenken, durch Diskussionen mit <strong>Suchdaten<\/strong>, <strong>konkrete F\u00e4lle<\/strong> und <strong>Erfahrungen anderer Organisationen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Veranstaltung werden folgende Themen behandelt <strong>eine Vorschau auf die Ergebnisse der Observatoriumsforschung<\/strong> auf der Haupt <strong>Herausforderungen und Chancen der KI f\u00fcr den Arbeitsmarkt und die Praxis HR<\/strong>den Teilnehmern die M\u00f6glichkeit zu geben, sich mit den <strong>Benchmarks der Beobachtungsstelle<\/strong> und zu verstehen, wie Unternehmen mit diesen Ver\u00e4nderungen umgehen und sie bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Veranstaltung findet statt <strong>in Anwesenheit<\/strong> am <strong>De Carli H\u00f6rsaal, Geb\u00e4ude B9, Durando Campus<\/strong>Via Durando 10, Mailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Durch einen interaktiven Workshop und gef\u00fchrte Diskussionen werden die Teilnehmer in die Lage versetzt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>verstehen, was die <strong>Wichtigste Ver\u00e4nderungen durch KI<\/strong> in Organisationsmodellen und -prozessen HR;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vertiefung der <strong>Konkrete Anwendungen von AI und Agentic AI<\/strong> entlang der verschiedenen HR-Prozesse;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>behandeln <strong>HR-F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, Branchenexperten und Mitglieder der Gemeinschaft<\/strong> des Observatoriums;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mitgestalten <strong>m\u00f6gliche Innovationsszenarien<\/strong> und konkrete Initiativen, die sie in ihrem eigenen organisatorischen Umfeld umsetzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Workshop hat das folgende Format <strong>\"HR-Innovationslabor<\/strong>die eine aktive Diskussion, den Erfahrungsaustausch und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Teilnehmern f\u00f6rdern sollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Workshop-Programm - 4.
