Der Vertrag sieht insbesondere erhebliche Verbesserungen in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Organisation und Soziales vor, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Integration von MBO (Management By Objectives) als Schl\u00fcsselinstrument zur Steigerung der Produktivit\u00e4t und der strategischen Ausrichtung von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften und Unternehmen liegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Werfen wir gemeinsam einen Blick auf die wesentlichen Neuerungen im neuen CCNL f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte der Industrie 2025-2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nachrichten \u00fcber Wirtschaft und Besoldung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1 <strong>Erh\u00f6hung des TMCG (Total Minimum Guaranteed Treatment)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der TMCG steigt von 75.000 \u20ac auf 80.000 \u20ac im Jahr 2025 und auf 85.000 \u20ac im Jahr 2026 (mit einer Gesamterh\u00f6hung von 13%), um ein Mindestgehalt zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, das der Inflation und der zunehmenden Verantwortung der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte Rechnung tr\u00e4gt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 <strong>Einmalig f\u00fcr 2024<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die seit 2019 keine Gehaltserh\u00f6hung erhalten haben, ist ein Bonus von 6% des Bruttojahresgehalts vorgesehen, sofern ihr Einkommen unter 100.000 \u20ac liegt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 <strong>Reisekostenverg\u00fctung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bei einer Reisedauer von mindestens 12 Stunden innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 24 Stunden haben die Parteien vereinbart, den Pauschalbetrag auf 100,00 EUR zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Obligatorisches MBO-System<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um einen aktiven Beitrag der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte zur Verwirklichung der Unternehmenspriorit\u00e4ten zu f\u00f6rdern, wird \"Management by Objectives\" obligatorisch, d.h. ein Teil der variablen Verg\u00fctung wird an die Erreichung spezifischer und messbarer Ziele gekn\u00fcpft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aspekte der Unternehmensf\u00fcrsorge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Vertrag erneuert und st\u00e4rkt das bilaterale Sozialsystem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1 <strong>Zusatzrenten (Previndai)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Unternehmen m\u00fcssen einen h\u00f6heren Anteil in den Pensionsfonds einzahlen (4% + 2% + 1%), wobei <strong>eine konsequente Erleichterung f\u00fcr den Verwalter<\/strong>\u00a0(1%), d.h. insgesamt 8% der tats\u00e4chlich erhaltenen Brutto-Gesamtverg\u00fctung. Dies ist also eine solide Grundlage f\u00fcr den k\u00fcnftigen Ruhestand von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 <strong>Gesundheitsversorgung (FASI) und Schutz im Krankheitsfall<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die FASI best\u00e4tigt ihre zentrale Rolle in der integrativen Gesundheitsf\u00fcrsorge und garantiert weiterhin eine grundlegende Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr den Gesundheitsschutz von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften und ihren Familien. Insbesondere f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die an einer onkologischen Erkrankung leiden, wurde der Zeitraum f\u00fcr die Beibehaltung des Arbeitsplatzes auf 18 Monate verl\u00e4ngert, was eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Sicherheit w\u00e4hrend der Behandlung und der Genesung bietet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 <strong>Aktive Arbeitsmarktpolitik<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Weiterbildung und Umschulung wird verst\u00e4rkt und Fondirigenti anvertraut, das f\u00fcr die Umsetzung der Initiativen und die \u00dcberwachung ihrer Ergebnisse zust\u00e4ndig ist, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der F\u00f6rderung von Innovation und der Entwicklung fortgeschrittener digitaler Kompetenzen liegt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Inklusion und Gleichstellung der Geschlechter<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die CCNL 2025-2027 befasst sich auch entschieden mit der Gleichstellung und Eingliederung von Frauen und M\u00e4nnern und f\u00fchrt Regelungen ein, die darauf abzielen, ein faireres und respektvolleres Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr gemeinsame Elternschaft<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gleicher Lohn<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inklusive Organisationsmodelle<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bek\u00e4mpfung von geschlechtsspezifischer Bel\u00e4stigung und Gewalt<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Erweiterung der Definition des Begriffs Manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Schlie\u00dflich tr\u00e4gt die neue CCNL der Entwicklung der Rolle des Managers Rechnung, indem sie hochqualifizierte Fachleute in den Kreis der Vertragsempf\u00e4nger aufnimmt, die zwar keine traditionelle F\u00fchrungsrolle innehaben, aber durch ihre F\u00e4higkeiten entscheidend zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warum die CCNL 2025-2027 strategisch ist<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Letztendlich ist das neue CCNL Dirigenti Industria 2025-2027 nicht nur eine vertragliche Aktualisierung, sondern ein echtes Instrument, um das Management effizienter, fairer und strategischer zu gestalten.
